Casual Care on Friday's DCC is pleased to offer the Casual Care services to members with children aged 1 to 5 years. You must stay on the premises during the 3 hours, however, you're welcome to sit in the Centre, read a book, catch up on personal admin or join our Thursday craft group. Your child/children will be cared for in an adjoining room by qualified Early Childhood Educators, who have been interviewed and chosen by the DCC Committee. Run by Canberra First Aid onsite at DCC.   Become a Member and save! Centre membership for 2023 is $30 per family. Take advantage and save on your First Aid and CPR course.   Choose from:   1. PROVIDE FIRST AID – Teaches skills and knowledge required to provide first aid responses to all emergencies. HLTAID011: Provide First Aid From 1pm to 3:30pm Participants must complete an online workbook in advance, which takes approximately 3 hours.  $65 members or $125 non-members   2. PROVIDE CPR ONLY – Teaches skills and knowledge required to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. HLTAID009: Provide CPR  From 1pm to 2:05pm $35 members or $65 non-members   Limited spaces available, therefore bookings essential. The DCC quilting machine is available for hire by DCC Members who are part of our Capital Craft groups. You will need to have completed training on how to use the quilting machine with one of our Capital Craft Coordinators. Please keep your ticket as proof of payment for when you are ready to use the quilting machine.  Happy quilting!!
