Welcome to our Thursday Morning Craft Program.  A friendly atmosphere for crafters to meet and share skills and ideas between 9:30 and 12:30 Thursday during the ACT school term. Bring along your own project, have a cuppa and make new friends.  Babysitting available $20 per session per child. Book Via Tidy HQ DCC membership required - 2022 member fee $25    

Babysitting on Thursday's DCC is pleased to offer babysitting services to members. You must stay on the premises during the 3 hours however you're welcome to sit in the Centre, read a book, catch up on personal admin or join our Thursday craft group.  Your child/children will be cared for in an adjoining room by qualified Early Childhood Educators, who have been interviewed and chosen by the DCC Committee.  Enjoy some well-deserved time away to recharge.   

Providing a safe environment for new and pending mums to come together to share a cuppa, make new connections, share information, stories and experiences.  A group perfect for mums with babies up to 12 months of age.  A free program for DCC members.  Every Wednesday between 10am and 12pm.

Do you have an appointment coming up, feel like shopping for a couple of hours childfree or get your hair done, would you like to catch up with friends for a chat and a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee?    Duntroon Playschool can assist you as we will be offering casual sessions in Term 4   Important Information: Casual Sessions will only be available to children who are currently attending Playschool & under our licence, children cannot attend playschool more than three days per week (so if your child is currently enrolled for three days you will not be eligible).  Available days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Bunnings Majura Park BBQ fundraiser volunteers needed Have you ever wanted to be part of an iconic service offered at Bunnings? Here’s your chance! DCC need 4 volunteers per 2 hour shift as per Bunnings requirements. A 2 hour shift counts as a Centre Duty  for our  Playschool families Date- Sunday 11th September 2022 Time- 8-4pm  Location- Bunnings Majura- Canberra Airport All equipment and supplies provided. Covered footwear must be worn by all volunteers.  Please reigster below your preferred volunteer session time   Jessica Marchant will be running the Bunnings BBQ Fundraisier and can be reached on 0418266851.

 Duntroon Community Centre invites our Dad's to a Father's Day event, Axe throwing!! Come along, meet other DCC members, ( Dad's only) and have fun learning to throw axes. On Thursday 1st September @ 6pm, Location- 4/1 Lyell Street, Fyshwick, ACT Its approx a 2 hour event. Spots are limited.  FREE for our members.   WHAT IS URBAN AXE THROWING? Urban Axe Throwing is a fun activity where you will get the unique experience of throwing solid steel axes at wooden targets and playing fun axe throwing games. Axe throwing is a group activity where you verse your pals in a (friendly) competition.
