Breathing Space - Meditation, Mindfulness & Mojo
04-05-2021 20:00 – 25-05-2021 21:00
A weekly 1hr class to just stop and breathe. This 4 week program via Zoom will also have a private Facebook group with meditation resources, connection and accountability for the entire month. What you can expect from this program;  The program will be 50% Meditation and 50% Group Coaching focusing on decreasing stress and overwhelm and improving wellbeing. We'll evaluate our own wellbeing. We'll brain dump 'all the things' in our head out onto paper. Together we'll let go of stress, tension and feeling of overwhelm. We'll relax our bodies from head to toe and every cell in-between, finding ease in our mind and body again. Each week we'll come up with your own plan to bring more energy into your day and move through the week with less stress and more calm.  There is no expectation outside of this 1hr. Who is this suited to;  The busy one's doing it all but could do with a little timeout to reset. And anyone looking to make their wellbeing an absolute priority to manage their energy levels. All meditation levels, beginners welcome. No previous experience required.   What you need;  Zoom and Facebook for replays. Time: 8pm AEST  Facilitator Dee Brennan is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Life and Wellness Coach. Dee enjoys creating a space for you to get away from the stress and chaos in life and fill yourself back up. She can turn meditation from boring to something exciting to look forward to, open roof tops and fairy lights are often a theme. As a mum, carer, partner and biz owner, meditation and taking time for herself has become a non-negotiable in her life.    If you have any questions regarding the program feel free to contact Dee directly @thinkoutloud Ph. 0429314598  deanne@thinkoutloud.com.au
