Join Jorden and a group of 6- 12 members to work on your fitness, strength and overall wellbeing in the playground area of Duntroon Community Centre from 10am - 11am on Thursdays in term. Book your children into casual care and enjoy some time to yourself to work on your fitness goals.  Jordan specialises in strength training. To her, strength is the most important component of fitness and lays the foundation for you to build upon. Jordan has over 15 years of experience coaching and a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning. She has trained everyone from Elite athletes to weekend warriors and people that have never been in a gym. No matter your experience or fitness level, Jordan will have you confident lifting weights, increasing your strength and feeling amazing.

Duntroon Community Centre is hosting a GLOW DISCO for children aged 5 to 12 years on Friday 16th of June!  Come and join us to dance the night away with glow sticks, fun music, games and face paint! Pre-purchase your hot dog and drink or enjoy something  sweet from the cake stall prices vary from 50 cents to $2.00. Duntroon Community Centre facilitated Playgroup with Lisa on Tuesdays. Term 2 Tuesday Playgroup commences in the 2nd week of term on 2nd May 2023 at 10am to 12pm. DCC 2023 membership is required to join the playgoup.

Join us on Thursday evening for Book Club to be part of discussion about the book of the month and author. Come along in person or attend via zoom.  Each month members of the club will assist to choose the following months book and contribute ideas, thoughts and gain insight about the subject matter from individuals.  Tea and Coffee provided.  Our next meet is on Thursday 6th July Dictionary of Lost for Words by Pip Williams. A few copies of the book are available at DCC thanks to the ACT libraries bookclub collection.

Children aged 6 - 16 year old are invited to Duntroon Communtiy Centre to learn how to make a beautiful quilt. Guided by talented and expereinced quilt makers, the children will make a quilt the same as the one in the picture above. Parental supervision is required and feel free to bring your sewing machine along should you like to, however, there are sewing machines available for use at the Centre. All materials are included in the ticket price and lunch will be supplied on the day. Please advise of any dietary requirements via coordinator@duntrooncommunitycentre.org.au
