Vision Boarding with Think Out Loud - 2021

Vision boarding is both a fun activity and a great visual reminder to help you connect to what's most important to and what you want in the future.

We'll be putting all the attention back on you and when you walk out the door you will know where and what to place your energy on. 

This is what we are getting up to;

• Identify your values the foundations to helping you set goals
• Guided Visualisation Meditation (No meditation experience require)
• Create your own fun vision board to stay inspired 
• Choose a theme for the next 12 months and write down some goals

You'll leave feeling inspired and ready to jump into action.

Light healthy snacks will be provided. Wear something comfortable.
